135 Dog Abuse
There was a dog abused by its owner all its life. Neighbors eventually realized how abusive the owner was to his dog, so they called the local humane society. The owner was arrested by police and the dog was rescued.
The local humane society made sure that the dog was adopted by a loving family who would take good care of the dog. When the young boy in the family reached out toward the dog in love, the dog winced, expecting to be hit. However, instead of feeling pain, the dog experienced an unexpected comforting sensation as the boy put his arms gently around the dog and hugged it.
People who have a bad image of God often react in the same way as that dog when God reaches out to them in love. God is a God of love who years to reunite with His people! Won't you let Him into your life?
