295 Walking the Talk

Reginald was an elder at his local church when he passed away.  He was much beloved by everyone at church and in the local community, even by non-Christians.  He was known to most people as "Uncle Reggie" and was always friendly and kind towards everyone.  He helped people out in need whenever the opportunity presented itself, regardless of who they were.

At Reginald's funeral, over one thousand people showed up to pay their respects.  At the eulogy, the pastor simply said, "Reginald was a man who lived what we preached."

Our actions can do more to help or harm our attempts to share the Gospel more than mere words.  Will you commit to living your life in such a way that people can see Jesus through you?
