73 Sheep in Wolf's Clothing

Zachary was a Christian, but he really enjoyed hip-hop music and its culture.  Although he didn't always like what rappers would rap about out, Zachary loved the hard edged sounds and funky beats.  Eventually, Zachary started to dress like his favorite rap stars, and even started walking and talking like them.

Zachary's family and friends finally decried this change when he started hanging out with a rougher crowd who shared his taste in music.  Zachary dismissed his loved ones' concerns, saying that it's only music and that he's still a good person at heart.

However, one night at a house party, a fight broke out and Zachary got caught in the middle of it.  Someone pulled out a gun and shot it.  He missed his intended target and Zachary got grazed in the shoulder by the bullet.  Panic gripped the party goers and everyone was running out of the house and the police sirens started sounding nearby.

As Zachary leaned against a wall grabbing his shoulder, he realized that his love for rap music led him to a path he shouldn't have gone down.  All of his so-called new friends ditched him in the pandemonium.  Zachary was trying to be something he really was not.  Although it made him feel cool for a while, Zachary certainly didn't feel very cool right now.  Sadly, Zachary regretted not heeding his family and friends' warnings.  He came to see that he allowed Satan to cloud his mind and it almost cost Zachary his life.

Do not let worldly things distract you from maintaining your spiritual life.  Do not think you can straddle the line between light and darkness, for the darkness will always try to consume you whole.  A sheep in wolf's clothing will still be devoured by other wolves!
