- Some people say that keeping the 10 Commandments is legalistic now that we are under grace through Jesus Christ. However, Paul the Apostle argued otherwise. We do not keep God's Law to be saved, we keep God's Law because we are saved.

- This week's Bible verse is Acts 17:11 - These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.
- This is a good reminder that we need to test all things with the Bible. We should not even take a famous preacher at his word as we should always read the Bible to make sure the things we learn are true.

- This week's Bible verse is Psalms 139:23-24 - 23Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; 24And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.
- Everyone struggles with sin. This Bible verse is a beautiful prayer that reminds us that we are not alone in our fight with sin. If we pray earnestly to God, He can reveal to us our sin and lead us to turn away from it.

- This Bible verse may be short and simple, but it is a powerful reminder from Jesus that the Ten Commandments are still as binding now as they were in the days of Moses. Don't you want to show Jesus that you love Him?

- With all the excitement from Revelation Speaks Peace, last week's Bible verse of the week was not posted. With all due apologies, here it is: Isaiah 8:20 - To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
- The Bible should be our only source of Truth and doctrine. Everything must be tested against the Biblical standard. If it conflicts with the Bible, then reject it.

- Even the youth in our church can be a blessing and an inspiration to others! Don't be afraid to step forward and do work for God because you feel that you are too young or inexperienced.
